What the service is
Menova hosts a digital menu for your restaurant and the tools around it: table orders, waiter calls, reservations and reporting.
Your account
You are responsible for who you invite and what they do. Each member of staff should have their own sign-in; shared logins make the audit trail meaningless.
Billing
Paid plans are invoiced per period. A lapsed subscription keeps a readable menu online and stops accepting new orders — your printed QR codes never lead to a dead page.
Suspension
We may suspend a restaurant for non-payment or abuse. A suspension is always given a reason, and the reason is shown to you in your dashboard.
