What we store about your staff
Name, email address, an optional phone number, and a record of when each account last signed in and from which address. Passwords are stored hashed and cannot be read back.
What we store about your guests
Orders record a table label, the dishes chosen and any note left. Reservation requests additionally record the name and phone number the guest typed. Guests are not asked to create an account and are not tracked between visits.
How long it is kept
Resolved orders, waiter calls and reservations are deleted automatically once they pass their retention window. Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers.
Getting your data out, or deleted
Orders can be exported as CSV from the dashboard. To have an account or a restaurant deleted, ask us.
